We’d like to say “Congratulations” to Rick Anderson as he retires after 25 years with Imperial.

Rick was one of the first employees to join Imperial after our move to our current location back in 1996. He immediately made a positive impact on operations and has been doing so for the past 25 years.
His keen understanding and insightful approach to complex multi-axis machining operations enabled the company to achieve the high levels of machining and manufacturing excellence we are known for. Rick’s knowledge, combined with his ready wit and talent for teaching, impacted dozens of prospective machinists and fostered the careers for many current and former Imperial employees.
