Imperial employs the industry’s most technologically advanced CNC machine tools, and a highly experienced team of machinists.
We operate over 30 Precision Multi-Axis CNC Machining Centers, and have extensive capabilities in 3, 4 and 5 axis machining. While it is certainly work-specific, it’s common for us to hold tolerances of .0002” in machining envelopes as large as 30” X 40” X 84”. We regularly process difficult-to-machine alloys like Titanium, Inconel, Molybdenum and much more.
While it’s important to understand Imperial has highly advanced CNC equipment, it’s not just the machines that matter…it’s the people. Imperial is staffed by caring men and women who have built their careers around advanced manufacturing. The average length of employment for our CNC machinists is over 11 years. Our employees have an average of 14 years of Precision CNC Machining experience before joining Imperial. Many of our employees have been with us for more than 20 years. Our people take great pride in the details, and making sure the job is done right.
We support our employees with continual training to ensure they are aware of the latest industry developments. We maintain a comprehensive in-house apprenticeship program for our machinists. This ensures recent-hires have an opportunity to learn skills and manufacturing philosophies from our most experienced employees. This close working relationship promotes a culture dedicated to performing the highest quality work.
